Frustrated with Coralvue, Bad Water Blaster Pump

I have Water Blaster 5000 that just crapped out. I ordered it from you guys about 2-3 months ago. I've used Coralvue's online contact form twice now and haven't heard anything back. Do they have a customer service number? If they do I can't find it anywhere.

Coralvue has been great for me when I needed service.

I finally got around to calling the number after my backup Waterblaster 5000 went down. Each pump only lasted about 2-3 months. Even after a good acid bath and cleaning they wouldn't stay running for more than a day. I was told there have been some issues with the magnets lossing polarity in some lots. Coralvue replaced both pumps very quickly. We'll see how the new ones work out.

We have had a few calls recently due to the same issues. Coralvue has been great about getting the issues taken care of and parts / pumps replaced at a very timely manner!
