FS: 30G Oceanic Cube with Custom Stand

For Sale, 30G Oceanic cube. This is the only Oceanic tank I have had and they really are nicer than the competition. Glass seems thicker, molding nicer, and I like the black silicon. Tank has been drilled for a Glass-Holes overflow kit. Stand is custom built with 2x4 frame and professionally covered with Birch, coated in Satin Polyurethane. Tank is used but in great condition (I need to remove some coraline) with the back painted black.

I have a Current 40W Power Compact fixture with built in night light. This light would be great for a FOWLR setup or for softy corals. The return pump I used was an Eheim 1250 return pump which made for a really quiet setup. I have lots of carbon, and other misc tank related items.

$200 for Tank/Stand/Overflow
$250 for Tank/Stand/Overflow/Return Pump/Light/Lots of Carbon/rest of tank related items.

I'm not selling anything seperate at this time, if the tank doesn't sell I want to keep the rest in case I end up setting it back up.

Old photo to show off stand.

Thanks! I took a fair bit of time designing that stand and the matching one I had under the 120G. I looks more like furniture than just a stand.

I keep thinking about keeping it, but for the moment it is still available. :)

Sorry for the delay. I don't have plans, but I'm happy to share any measurements if your looking for anything particular. Much of my time was designing the 120G matching stand, I wanted an elevated cabinet on both so I could clean spills underneath. Also, I was trying to maximize my sump size.

Here is a photo of the partial stand before it got covered.

Come on guys join the 30 cube club...I'm lonely. :twitch:

fwiw Oceanic no longer makes this tank so it's an LE now. ;)

Tank is
18Dx20Wx20.5T

Stand is
36Tx24Wx20D

Drilled with one hole. I had the return plumped over the top.

Here is a pick of the plumbing while I was first setting it up showing the return over the top. I trimmed it back closer though. Rather than going to a sump in the stand, I had it feeding into the sump under my 120G.

I measured and as I thought it is going to be too tall. If you are interested in selling all the equipment without the stand I would probably be interested if the price is right otherwise I will have to pass.

Nice meet you too Gary. I hate the fact that I only get to meet fellow area hobbiest as I'm selling off my goods. I went through this a year ago when I started the sell off journey that completed 100% today. Had we been able to get a functioning club going with meets, swaps, etc I might have been less inclined to sell.... who knows.

Anyhow, I'm out 100% at this point. I spent the last 6+ months trying to figure out if I will get this 30G going in some fashion. Once my daughter gets older, we might look into it together but that is many years away.
