FS: 70g setup + extras

Moved here from AZ a few months ago, bringing all this stuff with us. Decided we just want to keep the hobby small and simple for a while (have a 15g all-in-one nano up and running), so there's lots of stuff to go.

-70g tank, drilled in the back for overflow and return. Back is made into a foam rock wall. It's siliconed in place, but should be able to be removed.
-Oceanic "Maui" stand (black)
-Oddysea 250w MH + 2x96w PC + 4x Blue LED Moonlights. Bulb is a XM 10k DE bulb, has 2-3 weeks of use on it.
-~35lbs of fresh sand.
-~35lbs fully cured DIY Live rock.
-~35lbs of real live rock that's been cooking in a tub since we got here end of Feb.
-20g Long sump. Has baffles, but will need to be re-siliconed as I had started to cut up the silicone to change the configuration.
-Clip-on 'Fuge light
-30" 65W Coralife PC fixture.
-"PS-220" Protein skimmer. Basically a Coralife SS-220 knockoff.
-Spare 250w MH bulb. Unknown age, but it works as a backup.
-Generic HOB filter.
-Modded MaxiJet 600.
-MaxiJet 1200
-2x Penguin 660 powerheads
-2 DIY Frag racks
-Filstar XP1 Canister Filter
-Red Sea Prizm Pro skimmer. Pump not working.
-4x55/65w ballast
-2x55/65w ballast + reflector
-Rio 10HF pump (used for return)
-Via Aqua 300w Titanium heater
-MagFloat
-8x 6g Water Containers.
-Most of the required plumbing (1"). A few pieces got misplaced in the move, but I'll dig around the garage and see if I can find them.
-Whatever else I find that I can throw in.

I'd like to get $800 out of it. We live in Longmont.

Well I really would prefer to sell everything as a package, but if I don't get any interest in the whole thing for a few more days, I'd consider selling the light with the extra bulb for $200 (you are referring to the mh fixture, right?)

BTW, I guess I should also add, that the tank is 36x18x25.

Also, price for the whole thing is now $750.

Yep. Max head is 7.5ft

It pushes 660gph @ 1ft, so 4ft should be what, 350 or so?

does that light have 3 individual poer cords for the MH PC and LED'S

i.e. is it the newer version with the electronic ballast, not the old ones notorious for catching fire?

Yep. Power for MH, PC, LED, and Fan. I think the PC power might be separate cables as well.

And yeah, it's the newer one that doesn't catch on fire My old 2x96w PC setup actually got hotter than this entire fixture does.
