FS/FT: Drilled SpecV and DIY CREE LEDs

Upgraded to a 20L so this system has to go. Take the LEDs and Tank for $225. Will also trade for ATI/TEK 4x24 T5 with newer bulbs.

The SpecV will come with the drilled tank, screen top, modified elbow for Durso, hydor Pico 300 for closed loop, and plumbing out of the tank. Just add a sump and a return pump and you have a 100% SPS capable nano/pico. Looking for $50 for the tank
