FS: Male and Female "Reefsafe" Crosshatch Triggerfish Pair

Re-doing my 270 gallon thus selling my male and female crosshatch triggerfish pair. Paid over $500 for the pair.
I want $300 firm. They are being held at a LFS in Simi Valley.

Male is approx 8" long, female approx 5" long.
Had them for about 8-10 months now. Both very healthy.
Never chased or nipped at anything in my tank. By far the most beautiful and peaceful triggerfish I've ever had, and I've had sargassums, pinktails, blue jaws, etc. Just want to go with schools of smaller fish after I finish re-doing my tank.

Here's a pic of the male. Sorry, don't have a pic of the female. She is just as beautiful but with a yellow tail.

I won't seperate them as they have already "paired" up and click and grunt to each other.

Thanks for looking. PM me if interested.

your welcome over anytime...

Thanks all for the kind words. Yes, this is BY FAR in my opinion the most beautiful and most importantly peaceful/reefsafe triggerfish I've ever had.

All PM's responded to.

First come, first served. I am available to meet at the LFS, where they are being held for me, as early as tomorrow afternoon.

Set a time with me, show up with $300 cash, and they are yours.

usually the first person to post gets dibs on the item up for sale.. as that is me i would like to take the fish but need to schedule a time to meet with you to pick up, i PM'ed you my number... kinda sucks if someone beats me there by 5 min or can be there in the morning as i cant because i work... i can do it at lunch or at night..

pm sent

thanks

Hey Gabriel. I just responded to your PM. I didn't see your phone #?
But at any rate, I understand what you are saying about being first to respond and having dibs...and I certainly will honor that as long as you are committed/serious and we can do this in a reasonable timeframe.

I want to keep these guys in the fish store as little time as possible for their sake. They are being held in like a 60-70 gallon tank and they look miserable.:(

You just know how it is to try to sell something and people respond and say that they are interested and then back out. I just don't want to go through that for the sake of the fish. Anyway, as long as Bebbo77 doesn't fall through, consider them SOLD! TO the others that responded, if it does fall through I will PM you in the order that you responded.

I'll PM you my phone # Bebbo.
Thanks.

I will take them if others fall through. I am serious, committed and I have the funds available. I have a established 300 gallon tank with ample rock and caves. Do they bother small fish ie. pseudo, clown gobies, etc...?

Thanks,

clint.

See you tomorrow Gabriel.

I am happy to see them going to a good/large home.

The only other condition of sale is that I want to see pictures of them in their new home!:D

Clint,

Sorry, they are sold. (WOW, that was QUICK!).

But to answer your question, in my experience, NO, they absolutely do NOT chase or bother smaller fish, or even shrimp, corals, or other inverts. In fact, they pay absolutely no attention to them at all. I highly recommend this fish. I got my male from Atlantisaquarium.net, a sponsor of this board, and the female from a LFS.
