Hey Gabriel,

I'd love to see them in person, any chance I could pick up my reef roids from the grop buy in person so I can see them?

CW

sure everyone is welcome to see the tank when they pick up the stuff...

Ok, serious seller's remorse! :(

Will you sell them back to me? I'll give you $350

Well Gabe, glad to see they made it to their new home alive and kickin' :D

I seriously got a lump in my throat when I saw these pics when I got home from work just now.
I loved those fish. So much personality and dare I say "intelligence" for a fish. I literally used to be able to "pet" the male.

Gabe, feed 'em torn up sheets of nori. They just love it for some reason. But they'll eat pretty much anything.

Give them a couple days and they will color up real nice. Their colors and their "crosshatching marks" are really intense. They are just a bit stressed from being in the LFS for a few days and the transport.

Here is a pic of the 270 they were in:

Here's what they'll look like once their settled in and less stressed:

Good luck and take good care of them!

gisho- before i start seriously shopping for one, i wanted to ask: do they poop a lot? that would be my one concern

Well, IMO, like most triggers, these guys do eat a lot and therefore produce a lot of waste. You need to have adequate biological and mechanical filtration. They also get big (~12-14" in the wild) and need room to swim. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone with a tank less than 250 gallons long-term.

I had a pair in my older reef before I tore it down.. sold my pair for $350, that was a great deal.... I have pics in my gallery... great pair!
