I never posted a build thread on this tank so this is a combo, build and now a tear down. I sold my 120 about 6 months ago and wanted to go bigger. The 200 DD was not the original plan but I found a great deal on RC with a reefer out of St. Louis. He had this tank in his house and never set it up and decided to sell it. I worked out a great price with delivery to Woodridge so I couldn't resist the purchase. My original plans was to purchase a Marineland 150 DD but this deal was to good to pass up. After months of planning and purchasing equipment and building a sump room everything in my basement, I decided this tank was not for me. I thought having a dream tank in the basement (fish cave) was a dream for me but it didn't work out that way. I enjoy working and starring at my tank through out the day but the only part i didn't like was that it would take time away from my kids and wife because I was in the basement alone for hours and it wasn't fun. I thought about bringing it up to my family room but because of its size it took to much space. I recently purchase the marineland 150 DD and this tank will fit perfect in my family room and now I will be able to enjoy it and still be with my family. The aqua scape planning was to have three sps islands and one zoa island. I probably will do two sps islands and a lps island in my 150. So this is what I will be selling and should be ready for pick up in about two-three weeks depending when I get my sump.
I consider this tank only 3 months old because the overflows were still in the bags and never used. I'm not looking to make a profit on the tank just pass on a great deal to another reefer. So please before sending me a PM that you will take it, please ask your bosses at home if its ok

Tank is $900 and front glass is starfire and comes with a free stand its unfinished you just need to add your own doors and skin over the rough. Stand has no center braces so lots of access. If you would like for me to build you another stand with a different height or size I can but it will cost you. I also will only rough the stand so you can set up the tank but not install doors or skin or paint or stain it. 60 gallon acrylic sump $175.00 not sure who built it but its very nice. Return pump that a few months old as well ( DART HYBRID ) $250. These components are being sold separate but the tank purchaser gets first dibs on the everything so they can go home and set it up. any questions please send PM. Sorry for all the rambling
