I have two ice cap ballast and mongol reflectors and used 250 watt hamilton 14k bulbs. This has been in my crawl space for a little over a year and before I tore down my 120 where it was set up on, they worked. I just reconnected them and ran them for 15 mins and they work. This set up is about 5 years old but the bulbs 6-12 months old. $100.
