FS: Nano System w/ Upgrades

[Tanque Verde]

For sale is a complete nano system featuring a custom modified open-top Aquapod 24 and a Sunlight Supply 4 x 24w T5 Tek Light fixture.

I set up this tank last August but have unfortunately not had time or opportunity to stock it. Most of the components are like new. All are in great operating condition.

Unfortunately, I am not able to part out or to ship any components at this time.


Tank (no stand):
Open-top Aquapod 24 (no hood) (retails without lighting for $146):
--three returns for optimal flow
--factory return with a hydor-flo rotating deflector
--two returns drilled in the false wall, with bulkheads and loc-line fittings
--all three equipped with Maxi-Jet pumps (together retail for $45)

--inTank media rack designed specifically for the AP24 with three compartments
--for mechanical, chemical, and biological filtration
--(retails for $45)

--JBJ Nano-Glo LED Fuge Light
--attaches by magnet to the 4 x 4" window cut in the rear vinyl
--illuminates macroalgae growing in the inTank media rack
--(retails for $60)
--glass cover


Light Fixture:
Sunlight Supply Tek Light 4 x 24w T5 Fixture (retails for $225)
--four new Blue Life bulbs (each bulb retails for $20)
--dual on/off switches for sunrise/sunset operation
--hanging kit
--optional acrylic bulb shield


Skimmer:
Aqua C Remora Nano
--used, but in excellent working condition, with new o-ring
--Maxi-Jet 900
--(sells used for $70-90)


Heater:
--Stealth Visi-therm in excellent working condition (retails for $25)


Rock and Substrate:
Buyer is welcome to take the rock and substrate. However, because I originally intended to keep a jawfish in this tank, I made some unconventional decisions: a deeper, coarse sand bed and small-pillar rockscape.

platiumfingers, I run filterfloss (walmart pillow stuffing), chaeto, rowaphos, and chemipure elite. The last two may be slightly redundant because the chemipure elite contains GFO.

No, this is the replacement tank. I purchased it new in August and it's been up and running ever since. It's in excellent shape.

cool.wish u could have given me a price aweek of so ago when i had txted u and u told me cuz i went ahead and bought that 14gal bc that i told u about for 90 bucks.i would have rather had ur set up wit t5s and all but it was a real good deal and kinda too late now lol

I've received some queries but no sale yet. If it doesn't sell soon, I'll wait till summer and part it out. There's more money in it that way, but I'd rather see the whole package go to a local reefer.
