Is there any link to arrivals or ppl out there that have any experience with Fu Manchu lionfish and other dwarfs? I wanna know how you guys/gals got em to eat frozen foods and stay happy. I had one that lived for 2 weeks and would only eat ghost shrimp

Lionfish lair has the most info on getting dwarf lions to eat frozen. I have a fuzzy, fu man chu, zebra, and antennata; I've had my fu man chu for alomost 3 years. They eat mostly live, I have never met anyone in person that have had long term luck feeding any of them exclusive frozen.

My Fu Manchu had been eating frozen for three years. Check out the website the other poster recommended. It takes patience and a QT tank to switch them from live to frozen. I introduce mysis along with the feeder shrimp and transition them to frozen that way. My radiatas eat frozen too.

Cool! Thanks for all the comments guys. I'm going to qt the next one in a 10 gallon. Hope that's enough room

I believe it is in the Nano forum but a member here has a 40 breeder set up with lions. Beautiful tank I might add. They keep a Fu and dwarf (I think it was a dwarf anyway). Do a search over there or in general.
