Fugus and Dips

I saw a zoa with something that looked like fungus last not on 1 of the polys. I didn't open the whole day and I though about doing a dip. Should I do SW dip with some Kents Iodine or FW dip? I will being going out of town soon for 1 week and need to do this soon. What do you guys think?

If you have a lot of polyps and its only on 1 polyp, I just cut that one polyp off... rather lose 1 than lose the rest.
