fungus or velvet on my regal angel? (w/ pics)

I got this regal angel from mail order 5 days ago. When the package's arrived, the fish was swimming upside down. After 2 hours acclimation, I decided to put it right into 120g display tank instead of QT.

On 2nd day, it had some white spots on fin and tail part; it sometimes rubs against the live rock. Yesterday I noticed my CBB, leopard wrasse and anthias started scratching themselves on live rock, CBB was suddenly darting around. I assume it's fluke and dosed prazipro to display tank. After 1 hour, most of fishes were calm down and the prazipro seems worked.

This morning regal angel ate a little bit, but not aggressively. As shown on pictures, there are still white spots on it, and the bottom part looks weird, I never saw anything like this; its bottom part has been like this at least 3 days. Could it be fungus or velvet on my regal angel?

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Dan,

I can see FOUR possible things going on here: The spot on the blue part of the soft dorsal looks like it could be Lymphocystis. That is a self-limiting viral disease, so no real worry. Above that is what looks like a notch in the fin with a white border. That could be a bacterial infection, Aeromonas or Pseudomonas. This is probably secondary infection, so don't treat with anitibiotics unless it worsens. There are some spot on the caudal fin that are most certainly Cryptocaryon. Most bothersome are the dislodged scales just above the anal fin spines. That could just be mechanical damage, but it also could be the start or red band disease, Uronema.
Prazipro is a good first start because the fish could easily have flukes, and they would not be visible (until they get really bad) - just the shaking, darting and scratching. However, if it were my fish, I would have begun a copper quarantine right away...

keep an eye on it..if the ich gets worse..remove immediately and quarantine with copper . i would start to cycle a qt now in case... hopefully the ich will not manifest out of control in your dt.
