I can login to my classic dashboard OK
Reads Fusion OK

I can access my main apex display
Reads Fusion OK

I have restarted computer
I have restarted my iPhone

Cannot access Fusion on computer
Cannot access Fusion on iPhone Apex App

I was going back and forth with neptune support and they stated "everything is working, restart your computer and go to apexfusion.com" nope..still getting error message "APEX NOT DISCONNECTED"...then neptune conveniently closed the office for the day and its Friday

Anyone?

Is this a brand new Apex (just out of the box) or a used Apex?
Have you ever been able to connect to Fusion and control your Apex?

Can not access Fusion? (Not sure what you are implying here is this because the username and password are not correct? or you can log in and can not see an Apex listed?
 
I've had the apex for three years and had full fusion access from the beginning of fusion. It was fine yesterday.

It is not a user/pw issue

On the "apex list" of fusion my system has a red warming on it. When I click it it states "apex disconnected"

Have you tried restarting your Apex? If you haven't, I would do that. The other thing I would try is changing the port number. Fusion doesn't care about port numbers but it's possible/doubtful that your firewall is causing issues or something else on the network conflicting with port 80. I had issues and had to change my port number. The issues weren't Fusion related though. You can change it to something like 2200 in network settings and then select restart Apex so the Apex restarts.

How do you have your Apex connected to the internet? Are you using a Wi-Fi adapter, power-line adapter or is the Apex hardwired to your router?
 
I can humbly say that I am afraid to restart apex! It is hardwiring from apex to router

Seven years of owning the Apex and I have never had an issue let alone an issue after restarting it. If I were having a problem you are having, the first thing I would do is restart it.
