Galaxea wont come out Fully

Hello,
I have a 25 gallon tank, with a 100 w metal halide and one blue attinic, and one 50/50 (working on getting the second blue the store ran out...), i have zoa and a duncan in the tank but my question is about the Galaxea. I got it about 4 days ago at ARC in Buffalo, and the darn thing wont come out fully, a coupple of the tenticle will come out, but then they go back in like a couple hours later, i moved it 2 time thinking it needed more flo, and i also moved it up towares the top, thinking it needed more light, all with no luck...

Ive had some colonies of Galaxea take a week before comming out.. And everytime it gets moved around in the tank it only prolongs the wait.. Make sure your water parameters are good too. no ammonia N02 N03 Phos ect and alk is atleast natural seawater or better. But most impoortantly be patient and dont move it anymore shouild be on the bottom with moderate light at best IMO till its fully acclimated.. Also when intoducing Corals to my tank I always drip acclimate just so the transfer is as least stressful as possible at least with water parameters.. Good luck

For most corals it will tank some time to get accustomed to your system. I've seen corals come out within a day and some that take a few weeks. If the lighting, flow, parameters are different than the systems you have gotten it from than your coral needs to adjust. Give it some more time, patience is key!

in your described setup I would place Galaxea near the bottom and well away from any neighboring corals
