As long as you get 14', you can buy whatever increment by the linear foot

Costa Mesa is about 45-50 minutes minimum. Mailing is probably the better bet given gas prices, unless you like to make the drive If your tank is 2'x5', I would get at least that size and probably 2-3 times that so you have some left over just in case.

I use an aluminum frame from Home Depot. The kind for window screens.

I made an acrylic frame to fit the 4 openings in my tank. I just hot glue it to the frame. The glue seams to brake down at the same rate the netting does making it easy to replace the neeting yearly. Most people are using window screen frames. here are some pics of how I made mine. I no longer use the tabs to hold the mesh on.
