GBTA advise

Your anemone actually looks pretty healthy in the video. The color maybe a a bit bleached perhaps but it takes many months to regain color once you correct the cause of the original bleaching. My tank sometimes hits 84 also but it is usually 80 to 81--never below 79. I don't know how large a sample the other site got but did you read this Anemone FAQ food for thought?: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1381958 IMO, it is most important to keep your water parameters stable. I don't dose anything and find that lots of small water changes works wonders for water parameters. Anemones can handle lots of light once it is adapted to it so if six bulbs is causing your heat issue I would keep all six but limit it during the hottest part of the day.
I see no problem with small feedings to the anemone everyday as long as your water parameters are excellent.
Your fish look pretty big so with daily feedings, newish tank, and no skimmer(?), that is probably why you have that algae. If you do not have a skimmer, you should keep up with the weekly water changes. Just don't add the new water so fast that there is any rapid change in temperature, ph, etc.
Best of Luck,
Mona

When anemones are fed too regularly, like everyday, they bleach out. Because the zooanthille in their tenticals, also feed them.

I've fed recently introduced nem's daily to help them regen thier colors. I've never heard of daily feedings making them bleachout. I fed a competely white sebea daily for almost a year until it finally colored up and started growing like mad.

Being that bleached means loss of zoo's they need food to make energy until the regen the zoo's. I've read possibly feeding them to large of chunks can cause stress but I've never tried.

While you dont have to feed them often (or at all under good lighting) once they are happy and settled I think its important to feed them atleast a couple times a week minimum until they are completely settled and thriving.

here is my nem update pic

I think I read on wetweb media 50 and up for par for a BTA. I would not relocate my anemone so much as you may stress it. I change 5 tp 10 percent of my water every week. Do a serch for wet web media for some info
