Well about 4 months ago I bought a pair of skunk clownfish with a GBTA and it looked really green when we bought it and now it's like a brown color. I feed it once a week with mysis shrimp and the light I have are 4 bulb T5 and the tank is a 92 gallon. All if my water prameters are perfect and it eats well and everything but it's just not green. Is there anyway I could make it "green" agin because that would be very nice.

what color green? Back a few years ago I had a fluorescent green BTA which was slightly bleached who over time turned brown when it regained its zooanthallae

coral colors are aways dependent on their light source....it is very common to introduce a coral to your tank with it looking one way and then over time the colors change.

what size, wattage and color T5 lamps are you running?

It's a 36 inch 4 bub. I believe it is 39 watts and I run the both day and night lights on it for 9 hours. It is about 18 inches away form the light.

I would recommend you consider ATI lamps....
Two Blue Plus
One Coral Plus
One Purple Plus

or...if you want it more blue:

Three Blue Plus
One Coral Plus

this will give you a good color spectrum to help "color up" your BTA and likely some other corals...

my gbta is brown also. I have 4 56w t5 ati purple 2blue and 1 white that runs 10hours a day and 175w mh 4hours a day. When I got it. It was a nice dark green.

I also have a brown gbta. It is green when only the blue lights are on at night and really pretty but during the day under the LED lights its light brown. Healthy but brown.
