What's the story on availability of these? I know people who are waiting in line already for either the 6x12 or 6x18. Is there any word on when they'll be in, how many you'll get, will there even be enough to cover everyone who is already on the waiting list? I want one of these, but not sure how many are waiting vs how many units are coming.

Hi Dave,

We are expecting to get 20 units in on Tuesday afternoon. If you'd like to call us to place a preorder you will be guaranteed to get one on this shipment, which would arrive to you on Wed/Thurs of next week. THe 618's will be here the following week.

Sorry for the delay. I did confirm today with George on the phone that I will have them tomorrow. He has been running behind on manufacturing lately, and wasn't able to get them into UPS until late last night.

It's amazing that UPS can't even get a package from Indianappolis to the Illinois side of St. Louis without problems. Package with the reactor showed up, but the package with the pump and regulator delayed til Monday. :rolleye1:

I am sorry for the inconvenience. It is actually very uncommon for UPS to have delays compared to FedEx and DHL, but it does happen. I will get a partial shipping refund for you on that box. If you could, please email me your last name at jeremy@premiumaquatics.com and I will make this happen.

Oh hey, Jeremy, don't worry about it. :lol:
I was just ripping on UPS and not you guys. Seems like such a simple thing to make happen correctly. Just gotta go a few hours from where it's starting out from and still can't make it happen right. Anyway, thanks for the offer, but I'm not in a big hurry on this one, besides, have to wait for the backordered gen-x media anyway. As usual, you guys have been great to work with.
