Oh man, very sorry to hear your breaking down. However some of us here will be happy to help you find new homes for your life inside. PM sent on 4" clam and others.

Billy

Like the rest of us, you'll probably just need a break. I've been there before.
You've obviously got bigger fish to fry right now

Do you have a picture of the tank/equipment? Dimensions?

I might have a buyer for all the equipment.
Post pictures of what you have and I'll try get it sold for you.;)

and another one bites the dust-uh.

Sorry youre taking a break, but I empathize.

Highly suggest build a goldfish pond- I just did and I love it - cheap easy and only 8 months a year :)

I'm interested if you have any fish. Thanks and best wishes.

Maybe I do just need a break after 20 years. I used to have such a passion for the reef. When I bought my house the new fishtank and stand moved in 2 weeks before we did. It was a focal point. Now witht the boys growing up the hows is in total disarray. Looks like a hurricane hit it every day and I can barely get to the tank to work on it. Now that it's summer time boys are outside and the tank is being neglected.

I think I PMed everyone that PMed me. Let me know if I missed anyone.

Why not just sell off the inhabitants and save the equipment.
This way it won't be a huge cost when you want to come back?

I did that. I almost sold, but decided to hold onto it, I'm glad I did.

I am going to wait before I tell my buddy about this tank. He's looking for a setup for his office.

I guess that would be the smart thing to do. But that stand is pretty big and I have no where to store it or the tank. I am going to set up a small tank and keep that running as a softies, zoa tank with a few fish.

Humm, do you know anyone that has a large enough storage area to keep the stand?
I was fortunate enough to have a friend that held a large tank of mine for a year.

If you want a small tank, Fisy Inc has an awesome sale on a Oceanic 30 gallon Cube. Tank and stand for only $299. You'll need to rig up your own lights though. It only comes with a small NO light strip.

When you're ready, I may be able to hook you up with some very colorful zoa frags. ;)

dont save the tank. buying new equip is half the fun.

Once its set up its kinda like watching the grass grow - very slowly. :)

Next time you get to plan it all out and hunt down deals of great equip and find cool frags all over again.

Thats my .02
