Getting Started?

Hi -

I have a pair of clowns which lay eggs reasonably often. I've never tried to raise them, due to not having the equipment and not really even knowing what equipment and procedure to follow..

Following Karen here has really inspired me to give this a try - but where should I start? I assume moving my clowns out of my display would be a good start since it would be nearly impossible to catch fry in my display..

Can anyone recommend some threads or sites to read that have up to date modern information?

Totally getting ahead of myself here, but it would be pretty amazing to work with other species as well. Clowns first

to be honest the book clowfishies by joyce wilkerson is an older book but everything about raising clowns is still the same. the real only difference is some people skip BBS and move straight to dry foods after the rotifers.

my 1st breeding pair of clowns is in my display but I have put a bathroom tile over the spot where they lay their eggs so I am able to pull the tile out on the night they will hatch.
