I read somwhere that running GFO can contribute to pinched mantle disease in small t.maximas? anybody able to to clear this up for me..they didnt state how or why GFO effected them.
its the Fe in the GFO that excites the protozoa that causes PM, if your clam is not a carrier there should be no problem. running the GFO effluent through AC will remove the Fe.
