All up and running, Profilux is controlling my Mitras. A heads up for anyone that has more than 12 illumination points in their LPC, it won't load properly into PLC. I spent most of today fiddling and Matthias solved the issue for me. I had 19 points in my file.

Wow...that was fast! Congrats Aaron. Any tips on what we should or shouldn't do to make the install go even smoother/faster?
Did you have to update to the latest firmware on the Mitras before using the PLM-PWC card? I'm using the PLC V6.0 but still using V114 on my Mitras.
bigbaddewulf,
Congrats on owning a Mitras!
I wouldn't set the target intensity to 100%, perhaps 60% with a mixed reef, just keep an eye on your corals and see how they react. If this is your first time dealing with Leds, I encourage you not to under estimate the power of the lights and start at maybe 40% and work your way up.
You do have the flexibility to change between High Efficiency to High Output, so if you want a slight bump up in overall brightness, set the light to High Output. Again, just keep an eye on the corals.
+1 I would just add as compliment to the above that to the human eye, LEDs appear less bright than t5 or mh. So even though the light may seem more dim to you, your corals won't think so. Personally, I would not put the lights on high output mode for your your lighting plan and tank inhabitants. Starting at 45% in high efficiency mode and working up from there is a good plan but I'd also space out the increases by two weeks. Just to give yourself longer to observe any changes in the corals.. Just remember that damage to corals always happens much more quickly than the recovery...
