Look what Elfie caught!!! a nice pair of Mitras Sunglasses! Well done Elfie nice catch!

At first glance I thought he was peeing into your tank!
Is there a reason why you're keeping the lights that high off the water? I'd suggest having it lowered to maybe 8-10 inches off the water and keep the intensity at 50% for now. You can bring up the overall intensity by 5% every week until you reach about 70, maybe 80%.
Most importantly, keep an eye on the corals.
some others, thanks to gnisten for these

What par should I shoot for? I have 2 6200s over a 120. The par currently is much less than my old 250 watt MH. I know this can be deceiving. I used to get 550 over the over, now I get about 100. This is on 50% intensity. Any thoughts? I keep my lights about 18 inches over the water. Should I dial it up or let it be?
We have had our first entry to the Mitras Project section on www.profiluxowners.com.
Thanks Aaron Down!
