GIRS October Meeting

The club will be hosting the next meeting in Waterloo. The meeting will be held at the Amvets Club in Evansdale.

Meeting time will be from 12pm to 5pm Sunday October 15th.

This meeting will be a fragging demo, we will have several different corals and will be showing how to frag each of them. This should be a great meeting for those who have either never fragged or would like some new ways of fragging. After fragging, the frags will be given away for free to members attending the meeting. There will also be several raffle items up for grabs.

I have never had good luck fragging this stuff. This looks like the best idea I have seen.

We can start separate threads when the date get closer. All the QC people can probably hook up with Iowa City/Coralville people and all ride together from here.

I would really like to come to this one, even though I have nothing to frag, eventually I will and would like the chance to see this, but I have bowling league @ 6 on sunday in Columbus Junction!

Does anyone tape these meetings or provide some good written info? I would love to finally come to a meeting and join the club however I was told by my wife that we're going to a wedding in WI that weekend. I can't catch a break. Anyway I am really interested in the topic of this months' meeting as I have never fragged, seen it done, or have any idea how to begin with corals. I am relatively new to the whole reef scene but this topic has fascinated me. Any help would be great on this meeting. Thanks!
