In my 14g BioCube im going to be adding coral soon, before hand though i want to make sure that my aquascape is best to grow zoas and softies. should i glue the stone? or should it be left as small unattached peices?
you dont need to, and in a 14g IMO it probably pointless. just stack the rock, and be sure its stable. try shaking the tank or stomping around after its all put together to make sure nothing falls away when the tank is disturbed.
Hi Austinpetemo ; That is totally up to you . If you are happy with the way you set it up and are never going to change it or up grade to a different or larger set-up. I would use the epoxy putty , they have grey or coralline algea pink/purple. Happy Reefing!!!:fish2:
it's all on personal preference. if you want over hangs, putty is my recommendation. just putty small pieces together. better to have a bunch of small pieces than to have a few big pieces.
Your corals shouldn't knock any rock over. If you get frags and put in there hermits and snails are bad for crawling over them and knocking them over. I would glue, or use epoxy to stick the frags to the rock. That's just my personal opinion though.
