I don't know that rabbitfish species, but I have a blue spotted rabbitfish, S corallinus. I would avoid the one you mentioned because at 16" it will get too big for your tank.
All the rabbits and foxfaces are great fish - mellow and hardy, IME. I'd pick one you like that is in the 11" range or less. Try wetwebmedia to get a look at some different species, that site is good about giving you realistic sizes. Diver's Den has a pretty nice selection.
In case you don't know, rabbitfish and foxfaces are venomous, but you are unlikely to get stuck unless you blunder into the fish. I think its the dorsal spines that carry venom. I've had mine many years - got it at 2" and now it's about 8" - and I've never had a problem.
