Golden Rhombloid Wrasse Decompression issues

So i believe my rhombloid wrasse is having decompression issues.
he's been fine for 2 weeks. eating the first day and has been out ever since.
today i noticed he is having trouble keeping his balance in the water column.
he is swimming with his nose up in the air and gets blown around by the vortechs. anyone have any insight or possible fixes?

My beautiful male and female looked perfect for about one month. Suddenly, they both began doing cartwheels through the water column, and were both gone within a week. It was sad to see. They weren't free, either!

I have lost 2-3 Rhomboid to the same problem. They were fine for about 3-4weeks and were eating great, then all of a sudden have swim bladder problem and die a couple of weeks later. I currently have a pair in QT now, have them for slight over 1 week now. I'm hoping this pair makes it as it will probably be the last time I'm trying to keep them.

Have these types of issues been seen in other types of fairy wrasses? I have not but looking to add more to the line up and would be good to hear other experiences.

I think this is mainly only on deeper water fish like the Rhomboid. Probably brought up too fast by the divers.

I have two females coming this week to join my male I have now. Can't wait :)

Awesome. Definately my favorites. I did the same thing and they all are males now.

how long have you had the males together? I had two, one male, one female but the female turned to male and killed the male
