No worries Doug - that place looks pretty sweet. Nice light on those trees too. Yeah, I went into Yosemite Valley once during those times...ykies, traffic and masses of people worse than NY city!! Sort of defeats the whole purpose of going to a National PArk (for me at least).

One of the reasons I like AK so much. Rarely is any place ever crowded (unless you're going fishing). Then again it doesn;t take much to lose the crowds anyway. Just get 3 or 4 miles from the trailhaed and things simmer down quiite a bit.
