Would these be compatible with each other? And what order would I put them in my tank? Thank you!

Mated clown fish pair

Banggai Cardinal

Mcoskers flasher wrasse

Royal Gramma

They will do fine with each other, unless you have aggressive clowns and/or too small tank.
What clown fish? Docile species recommended. (not Clarkii, Tomatoes complex or Maroon and a few other less common ones)
How big of a tank?

I was just wanting the oscellaris clown fish. Is there a specific order I should introduce them to the tank? It's a 29 gallon tank, 30 inches long.

IMO, that is too many fish for a 29g. Also flasher wrasses need bigger systems so skip that one.

I would do the clownfish pair, the hawk fish, and a goby. I would add the clownfish last.

yes I think it may be a lil crowded for a 29. I'd delete the cardinal and you'll be fine
McCoskers aren't large wrasses, you could get away with them in a 30" tank long with gramma and two perculas

Flasher Wrasse needs more room. Others are fine. Order doesn't really matter, however if the clowns do end up laying eggs, they will become very territorial.

I agree that 29 gal is a little too small for all your fishes. I would have at the most 4 of the fish you mentioned.
Consider a clown pair and a Royal Gramma pair or Banggai Cardinal pair

I had more fish in a slightly smaller tank and it was fine. Though how well it works depends largely on the rock work.

My recommendation would be:
A pair of ocellaris
A pair of small shrimp gobies
A pair of of grammas or alternatively a pair of orchid dottybacks who may do better in a smaller tank.
Banggai cardinals can be quite boring, especially as singles. Females tend to be bullies. If you really want them, I would recommend to get a pair so you have at least some excitement from their breeding behavior.

My royal gramma is very cranky and hides for months sometimes. I didn't know I could get two of them. If I could do it again, I'd probably get a pair.

I have 3 and only see them at feeding time.
My orchid dottyback is always out and foraging trough the tank.
I like grammas, but if I had to make a choice I would rather go with the orchid dottyback.
