good invert food for shrimp

I have an 8 gallon AIO tank. My order from Liveaquaria came in today. I know that with the algae growth I've allowed, I'll be ok for a little while. However, I will need to supplement at some point. What have you been using?
Stock list:
5 sexy shrimp
2 peppermint shrimp
a few snails and hermit crabs

Your shrimp will not eat algae, so you'll need to fee them. You can feed them mysis or pellet food and they should be fine. Your hermits will probably appreciate it too. Is this going to be an invert-only tank? If so, I'd love to see pictures when you're up and running. I would like to do this myself sometime, but I can't ever resist fish.

Shrimp have never really been very picky when it comes down to food IME. Anything you offer should be more than welcome. GL.

It is an invert only tank. Cadlights 8 to be exact. Except for adding a MP10, two blue led strips, and a diffuser for the return pump, I left things alone. Tanks been running for a few months now, but livestock was just put in two days ago. So far things are doing well, but it's only been two days. I'll let it go for about a month before adding anything else. Currently there are 5 sexy's, two peppermints, and a small handful of snails and hermits. Eventually I'll add a skunk or fire cleaner and a few more sexy's.
I'll get a few pics later today.

Cleaner shrimp are likely to attack and kill smaller shrimp, especially in tiny tanks. Fire cleaners are extremely prone to doing so, but skunks may also kill stuff. I had a skunk cleaner kill a peppermint at one point.

Agreed. I would worry about the sexies and the peppermints with either of these cleaner species.

I'd suggest you keep it to peppermints and sexies.
That, or just keep sexies and get them a mushroom garden.

The sexies I wouldn't worry about with cleaners.

Cleaner shrimp (fire, skunk, pep, peterson, bruun's, coral band etc) are territorial for their cleaning stations. Sexy shrimp offer no competition and are usually ignored IME. Skunks are also a little bit more passive and less likely to be aggressive but I wouldn't try it. (plus 8 gallon is kinda small)

Peterson might not share an anemone host with sexy shrimp though.
