Good macro for refugium?

My local guy doesn have any cheato right now. He has these that I don't know anything about, are any of these good for my fuge?

Toadstool Algae, Cladophora prolifera
Sea Lettuce, Ulva lactuca
Green Sea Pansy, Udotea flabellum
Merman’s shaving brush, Penicillus pyriformis

Since I didn't know anything about them, I didn't want to get anything that could be a problem.

The sea lettuce (Ulva) works very well as a 'fuge algae in many circumstances. It isnt quite as forgiving as Chaetomorpha though. That's by far the easiest. The others arent as good.

i had some ulva that i collected from the east coast, it grew well in my window sitting in a one gallon bowl and i had little baby ulva plants growing on the glass. when i had it in my fuge, it seemed to do nothing and slowly died.

on the other hand, my chaeto grows like a weed and i love the stuff.
