Good macroalgae to grow in fuge to feed herbivores?

What are some good macroalgae to grow in a fuge to feed tangs and other herbivores? Not really looking for ornamental macroalgae, but ones that are nutritious and fast growing.

Red gracilaria, green gracilaria and ulva to name a few

Cool thanks i think red garacilaria is the one ill be going with, wont have a massive fuge but it'll do.

I don't know about the codiumtho... I believe codium is not palatable to most fish.
