Good morning Roger. 6105 has quit working.

Rat Bastard!
Roger,
I have an older 6105 that I pulled from the tank to clean and when I put it back together it made a clicking noise that seemed to be the impeller striking the front housing. I disassembled the pump, couldn't find a problem (parts in the correct order, impeller spins freely on the shaft), reassembled, and back in the tank. Now the pump won't spin. I've swapped my spare impeller assembly to the pump and swapped power supplies with another pump but no joy. Any more tips before I send this in? I don't suspect a bad motor as it worked initially when I put it back in the tank. At a loss to figure this out.

I'm traveling for business beginning tomorrow so I'm going to take a stab at getting this running as soon as I get home. If it still doesn't work I'll ship it out right away. Still the same address? Stick a note in the box?

Thanks,

I would just verify the propeller magnet is not stuck to the shaft and the power supply works and the connection is not loose. I will be out from the 25-29th, I got called to Germany last minute to work on some new products at the factory but it will be a relatively short trip. If the repair arrives during that time I will get to it when I get back.

If I can't get it work this afternoon I'll take it straight to the shipper. Thanks for the quick reply, as always.

Mike
