good or bad

hi, whats the consensus? It had hairy legs so I grabed him while I could. He is small, only 1/2 inch at the most. I put him in the water change resivour. But there is no substrate and high water movement (plus I pulled off one of his legs trying to get him) so he just got blown around all night and didn't make it. But for future reference...good or bad.

that looks like a red mithrax. relatively harmless when small but as it grows - it could potentially eat worms, algae, shrimp, fish - who knows. I think removing it (for future reference) is a good idea.
