Call LA, tell them what happened. Have them read this thread, they are members. Tell LA you'll call the next time you order and have them double check your order when its shipped. LA will do anything to make things right; I'd bet the farm that this will solve the problem. The Big Cheese (appropriate in Wisconsin) of LA, Kevin Kohen, is not just a top shelf aquarist, he's a top-shelf manager.

Good to know. I will let them know about this thread and so on. Will try to get Kevin on the line (not sure how easy or possible that is) to let him know about the mixups. I know that is not his fault. Thanks again for your feedback MrTuskfish and also Deinonych.

Just to let everyone know about the update. I got a call from LiveAquaria that Kevin refunded my fish purchase and they apologized for the mistake. Maybe they read this thread or it was a coincidence, don't know. Ironically I was going to call them when I could speak clearer (cold) but they beat me to it. Want to let everyone know that they did respond (as some of you said they would) and cleared up this issue. Thanks for all your responses and feedback. Want to also thank LiveAquaria for clearing up this issue.

Just an update about the fish I received from Brett at nicewrasse.com, it's one of the healthiest highest quality of fish I have ever received from any order and definitely on par with divers den!

Gotta say I got 2 leopard wrasse from him both out the next day and eating everything but flakes. I bet if I fed them flakes tomorrow they would eat them.

Has anyone been able to order from him recently? Seems like his site has been down a while and that it won't be back up until hopefully December. Strange.

he does most his business on facebook and another forum. With as much stuff as he gets in, QT's and sell its hard to continually be updating the website.

yeah he has a sponsor forum over on reef 2 reef and also has facebook that he posts on almost daily.
