Don't G Ternatensis have an orange meral spot? They also seem to have the mottled green/brown color on their tail. It is hard to tell from your pic, but maybe that is what he is?
With orange meral spots and four dark spots on the telson and 6th abdominal tergites, it is definitely in the genus Gonodactylaceus - not Gonodactylus. There are three possible species - G. ternatensis, G. glabrous, and G. graphurus. I posted a key to G. graphurus and G. glabrous a couple of weeks ago.
