Unless it's Manchester Police dept. Even if you stop they'll lie and say you didn't.

I smell resentment and paranoia

Oh, and it also might be those Texas folk too! :D

Hey...I know how to drive in that mess, we had ice to contend with in Austin as we never saw snow. I have only slid off the road once in the past 30+ years and that was a hidden patch of black ice. lol

Pick on the Florida people and Trottie. :D

They gave me a ticket for 72 in a 45 when I was going at the max 48.

with his eyes closed and in reverse...

The only thing that bothers me is they said 1/2"... That is usually when we get hit hard! Now when they say 3-6" the kids will start planning the next day off school, and then we might get a dusting.

Roy hit the nail on the head when he talks of driving with confidence...it is the unsure people driving 20 and braking constantly that cause all the problems

Lyin' Dave Murray is saying 6-10 inches of snow after the 1/2" of ice.

That would be AWESOME! But it won't happen. It'll suddenly veer off to the north, and we'll get some cold rain, or maybe a dusting. That's what always happens when they get all excited.

Man Steve that sounds really nasty and really frikin good at the same time :-P....Diets suck

I've got my 750watt power inverter ready to go. Last year I ran two darts, my fridge, a fan and my tv on it at once....

They're talking 1/4" of ice and 6-12" of snow for us in Columbia. I spent all day today walking around in the pouring down rain...I bet we've had 1" + since 4 this morning.

wow....over here in Belleville it's been nice all morning...I was going to run again this evening- Maybe I oughta do it this afternoon instead

I just got back from an hour and ten minute walk with the BogieMeister...temp was 74 degrees and I was sweating...we got home and he crashed with heat exhaustion...those double fur coats don't help:lol:

It sounds like we have changing times acoming though...bout time winter got here....I like long summer'falls like this because it limits the winter to only four months instead of six months.

Watch out for that cat Steve, I don't think she's declawed and she has the crazy eyes!

Steve...watch out for all kitties, no matter what you have been led to believe, all of them have teeth, though not always apparent. :D
