Got it at John's.

RU guys kidding me? That thing is hideous. If you want, I'll come get it out of your tank before your friends and family see it. Save you some embarassment.

Saw that at the store and wanted it instantly..

Why can't you Coral C?

I only seem to have good luck with my Zoa's. I haven't been able to really keep any LPS or SPS for long.

I live a lot closer than you do Jeff, I'll go over and relieve him of his embarrassment. I am sure he would trade it for my idol.......

But I wouldn't :D

Ah, yes - the Wizard of Oz. :D

Amazing how many quips can be made about a coral.

BTW: any hints about successful feeding - other than t.baster w/mysis etc. after lights out.

this is what mine looked like years ago before I lost it. I used to feed it at night too. Not as pretty as yours though. I love the colors on yours.

Tom, I've had a brain similar to yours (although minus the awesome blue colors) for over a year and a half now. About every other night his tentacles come out and I take that as a sign to cyclopeeze the tank. About once a week, I'll put a small krill or silverside directly on the tentacles and he'll take it right in. He's doubled in size since I got him, so hopefully this might keep your happy too.

Thanks, I shut my pumps off and use a turkey baster to spot feed. Once I see it has grabbed the food I restart my pumps. it may be a pain but it works for me.

Thanks for the tips guys! I'd definitely like to keep this coral healthy.
