It doesnt look like a smasher to me, but its a little blurry. It might be a P. Ciliata. Do they eyeballs look kinda like a tic tac toe board?

It is difficult to tell without any shot of the telson and some more details. Where is the animal from? Is it from indonesia then it is probalby G. viridis.

 

[Gonodactylus]

It could be any of a number of gonodactylids. Not knowing the place or origin, my first guess would be N. wennerae. This is a common color morph for shallow living Neogonodacytylus. If it is Indo-Pacific, it could be G. viridis.
