Graph Issue

Wondering if anyone else is seeing this behavior with the Graph page. Over the weekend I added an EB8. When it created the outlets, it split them between some existing virtual outlets. If you notice, Outlet4_1 comes before a group of virtual outlets, and then Outlet 4_2, etc. So when it creates the list of outlets for the graph page, it duplicates the EB8_4 heading. It is not a major issue, just a bit awkward. I think I could fix it by deleting and then recreating the virtual outlets, just not sure I want to go to the trouble.

I've seen the same thing Todd. There's an underlying number that Neptune uses to identify outlets which is why you can change the name of an outlet and it will find that in the program and change them for you automatically. I've never pursued it to see how to manipulate it but I know its there.

You might try to ping Curt and see what he says. He might have a way to resequence the outlet numbers.

This is the reponse I got back from Curt:

There was a 'hole' in the outlet configuration from previously deleted outlets. When the EB8 was added the holes were filled first and then the rest of the EB8 outlets were added at the end. The only way to make them contiguous is delete the EB8, then add virtual outlets to fill the 'holes' and then re-install the EB8.

I think I'll just live with it for now. Maybe in the future he can create a utility to alter the order.
