Just wanted to say thanks for the great "no hassle" return policy. Had a defective lighting unit and had no questions asked refund. Will glady continue shopping with your business and happy to have some reassurance when it comes to an expensive hobby like ours. Thanks marine depot

By far the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Very professional and polite. E-mail exchange was very quick. Thank you Robert! Marine Depot is definitely the first place I go to shop!

Recently bought a MaxPure 60 RO/DI from Marine Depot. Water production was way more than the manual indicated so I thought something was wrong. In fact, the water produced was almost as much as the waste. Emailed Marine Depot and Robert responded within 24 hours by contacting SpectraPure and then forwarding Scott's response to my questions. While making the adjustment suggested by Scott, one small part fell on the ground and my dog chewed it before I could get it back. Thankfully Scott sent me a replacement part in the mail the same day, free of charge. Good service is hard to find nowadays, so I definitely recommend SpectraPure and Marine Depot.
 
I have to add to this. I agree Md is a pretty darn good outfit...now that I got mine I can spread the word.. phoenix mh 250w de 14k on sale till 10-10-11(maybe a little longer).. $45

Truth is, we really appreciate the feedback. It's not just our tech and customer support guys and gals that hit up RC, our managers do, too. When you voice your opinions here, everyone internally knows about it.

Of course, the rest of our support staff have now grown tired of Robert gloating through the hallways. ;)

New bulbs, eh? We want to see! Please post a pic on our Facebook page so we can see your newly lit tank. Here are some tips for replacing your aquarium light bulbs if you haven't already done so (or for future reference).
