I'm from Lpool, so went to ABC 2 last night, Wow nice place!!!! Watched the game with my 94yo Mom, what a great game. I have never seen a team shoot three pointers as well as Wisconsin. (probably why they were number one in the country in that department).
A lesson for everyone..Mom is 94 she gets up at 6am every day. Usually does a workout Video, goes to church, and then GOES TO THE GYM AND LIFTS!!!!
So as you are playing with the palys, don't forget to take care of yourself!!!

I am a firm believer that keeping active, especially getting a mental workout, is a key to living long. My grandmother is 85 and still leads a pretty active life. She had a part time job until she was about 81. She was painting and cleaning the inside of apartments until then.

Yes it was quite the game indeed! Maybe Syracuse will actually make the championship. I am embarrassed to say that I had them out before the sweet sixteen.

I NEVER EVER watch SU Hoops, I can't take the stress, but I did watch the end of the Wisco game. That was plenty. That old familiar feeling of complete panic, anxiety, and physical chest pains was reminder enough not to do it again.

As for ABC 2, finally got over there today. Amazing lay out. Just getting going, should be even sweeter as time goes by. The inwall 210 is an eye catcher, but the collection of wrasses within we're enough to keep my nose on the glass for more than a few minutes. They truly are natures eye-candy.
