after an unfortunate accident which floored my floor, my green acro was half out of water for about 2 hours and he doesnt look very happy today. The lights were off when he was out of water

he is now abit white but still have green on him. I have taken him out of direct light and sat him on the ground.

is there something i can do to help him recover?

the white pieces are dead, the tissue is gone.

depends on ure water now. if good conditions, it will recover, if not it will continue to loose its tissue.

if you have low nutritions, I have had good success with adding amino acids to help corals recover faster.

No. Stop. The best thing you could do is almost nothing. The coral is shocked and is has RTN. The hope is that the remaining tissue stays. IME, breaking off the dead skeleton pieces and leaving it alone is the best course of action. It needs stability for a little while.

actually it looks pretty good
I wouldnt even break off the dead portion unless you have an algae issue. After it has set awhile the dead portion will break off much easier.
