I don't have any right now, but when I do, I'll try an idea I saw in a thread a while back. Take a piece of rigid airline tube and cut it diagonally to sharpen one end. Attach it to some soft tubing and start a siphon and poke the bubble. The insides should siphon away.
That sounds like a good idea. I have some in my tank. I've had it since day one. Going on 8 months, mine at least, doesn't seam to be spreading. I've had a emerald crab in there from near the beginning He was the first thing I put in. I've never seen him eat anything. In fact I hardly see him at all. He just sits there hiding under his rock, never moves. Hmmm I wonder if hes dead wheres my stick

Seriously It doesn't bother me as long as it doen't start to take over. I do siphon out the loose ones but its just one more thing to look at in my tank. But then I like Aips too , till they tried to take over. Has anyone ever done a "pest" tank? Might be cool It would be a good reference if nothing else
