Ive got a large green carpet anemone for sale, it is about8-10 inches in diameter when fully expanded, eating well and a bright green color. I got it on a package deal and just dont really want it. Asking $50 obo. and I would prefer to get it out of my tank before it attaches to a ig rock or something. Its currently on a small chunk I can get out no problem.

Sounds good, I should be home all day, promised Kara a day without me driveing to orlando or some other city for fish gack:) If you want I have a single Percula your more than welcome to for your nano till the babies hatch:) As long as we can catch it its yours for free. Give me a call before heading up to make sure I didnt run out for anything.

you're going to need some pretty good lighting and a hefty skimmer. Also plan for an upgrade in the future. they get very big, i had one for 3yrs bought it about the same size til it reached about 26in(not fully laid out either) in diameter i had to let it go. Sold it to a local w/ a tank about 5x my tank size(75) and he was a little worried. They get very big, very fast. Also, make sure your clowns have room to keep away from it, till they host to it, IF they do... Some clowns have more trouble then others hosting to carpets, and some never do.

Little tip, make SURE when you place it in the 220 that you keep it away from an open area, i lost my yellow tang in my 75 because it got spooked and just accidently dove in. And the guy that has him now lost 3 fish in the exposed area. Due to just randomly being spooked they are VERY sticky.

Brian my apologies for everything, was not my intentions... I will purchase it if it causes any other troubles to make up for you loss in a sale.

No problem man, it should be sold already. Im used to people screaming about tangs, never knew there where as passionate people about anemones to:)........... uh oh hope the tang police dont show up in this thread now, ive got a sailfin, yellow and kole in a 125 at the moment and a naso in a 75.............. but relax their just waiting on their new homes to be built and everyone is getting along fine:)

He didn't loose the sail, we just thought the nano might not be the best location for it, and I really don't need it in my 220.. As bad as I wanted it, I did was is best for the anenome... ;)

Very nice to meet you brian and right now he is about to go in the tank, will post pics soon. Once again very nice to meet you and just to let everyone know, brian is a great guy to deal with. Brian i will give you a heads up if i need anything else, once again nice meeting you.
