Green Carpet Anemone Injured

Today I noticed my green carpet anemone injured and on the move pictures show the white dead spot with small black stingers around the wound. Ive had the anemone for about a year now and has always stayed put, has one clown fish that is paired with it but nothing has changed in the past two weeks. water parameters seem fine was wondering if there is anything that should be done to insure wound or disease does nott spread further or if I should just let it heal.

I was thinking that but the power heads have filters wrapped around them and should be well enough away from the nemone. Its starting to move back down into the sand were it previously was. I guess I will continue to check on the wounded area to see if it starts to spread. other than the wound though the nemone looks healthy, so hoping its not to serious.

Do you have anything else that can injure it? A heater maybe?

Since you've had the for such a long time, I think it will heal on its own. If the tissue necrosis spreads, you can cut off the area, and nem should be fine.
