Does the entire lobo have to be exposed to direct light can a small part of it be in the shade? I have a 160 Watt LED Maxspect Razor and the coral is placed at the bottom.
I have had a lobo under and overhang for a while and it did well under an ATI sunpower 6 bulb 54watt but I didn't like it there and moved it more in the open. Try it in the spot you want and watch it to see how it does.
