green saddle anemone questions...??

Last week I picked up a green carpet thats around 4in when fully open. I prepared a perfect location for him and he took right to it. After two days I fed him krill and clam. but now he seems to be more open during the night time rather than during the day??

So my questions are as follows:

1) How often and what is the best food for his diet?
2) I know that he will out grow my 12galllon JBJ, but is the 150watt k-2 viper that I have on it to much direct light for his liking?
3) What ideal temp and salinity?
4)How often should he be fed?

I believe carpets like as much light as possible, and many seem to say it is hard to give an anemone too much light. But I am certainly no expert on anemones.

I understand salinity should be full strength for sea water (SG 1.025). I have read that 80 F is best except for BTAs.

3) What ideal temp and salinity?76-84F 1.024-1.026 just keep it stable were you have it stablity is key
4)How often should he be fed? well if you dont want him to grow fast just let him catch what you add to the tank for the fish, target feed a haddoni and they will grow fast.

I fed him krill early this afternoon. I just looked at him and he spit both pieces out and his filiment was outside. I then got a cube of clam meat and thawed it out and placed on him. He is still extremly sticky, I just hope that he finds a food that is appealing. What about shrimp??

After spitting out the krill he looked like this??

Then like this..you can see the krill on the right..

Then he collected himself, and rejected the clam meat to for what looks like a "M" for a mouth..???

They are fish eatter so try to feed him fish.
