Green stripe mushroom

my green stripe mushroom has been doing amazing and splitting also but now it got really small and ripped apart and vanished now? what could of caused my mushroom to do that? My water par are all perfect also and no fish pick on them so i have no clue what happened.

What else is in the tank? Tell us a bit more about your set up. Otherwise we're just guessing. What are perfect parameters?

I am not sure but my shrooms will also keep slitting and then "melted".
