grinding noise sedra 3500

fairly new pump from ASM G 2 skimmer grinds after several minutes I see nothing wrong visually?

did u take it apart???, can u see something in the volute like scratches, are u missing any impelers, maybe if you took it apart a little washer fell of and its inside the volute or where the magnet is and its creating the sound, is there enough water going into it so as to not cavitate, lol as you can see it could be a lot of problems, just go thru everything i wrote and if could come up with something else i will post it, good luck

Thanks but I took it apart see nothing wrong and Now maybe wiil just give it a vinegar bath for 24 hours
